Rusutsu Resort

Rusutsu Resort Hotel & Convention

Location: Niseko (Abuta District)

This is probably one of the best hotel (located between Mt. Shirebetsu & Mt. Nukkibetsu, also close to Mt. Yotei) that I have ever stayed! Wonderful scenery from the hotel room as well as around, spacious and nice room, excellent dining options (some with scenery views as well), and great amount of activities that can be done at and around the hotel nearby. If one is driving, it is a great base to explore nearby scenic spots as well. The only thing is of course it is a little bit on the more pricey side, so an early confirmed booking could help to mitigate the price aspect alittle 🙂

Noboribetsu Grand Hotel

Location: Noboribetsu

This is a wonderful onsen hotel with salt, sulphur, iron and more hotspring water types, buffet meals with wide-range of food included after onsen, walking distance to nearby attractions, and hotel staff that gives you their personal attention.

Hotel Taisetsu
Hotel Taisetsu

Location: Sounkyo

Hotel and onsen is abit old but the onsen with the outdoor views are fantastic! Buffet meals are included but the range while wide-ranging, remains similar day after day. It is a short distance to scenic viewpoints like Kurodake Ropeway, Sounkyo Gorge making it a good starting point.

Hotel Granvia Wakayama

Hotel Granvia Wakayama

Location: Wakayama

Hotel is very close to eateries, shopping malls and Wakayama Station (walking distance). The hotel room feels alittle tight though I can't be sure if it is the norms around this sub-urban areas. Otherwise it is a decent, clean accommodation.
